Baked Scallop Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. scallops (fresh or frozen; thawed, if frozen)
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 large grapefruit
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion tops
    salt and paprika to taste
    watercress or parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Rinse and drain scallops.
    Place in small saucepan and add wine.
    Cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid. Cut scallops into 1/2-inch slices.
