Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles
8 oz. half and half
4 oz. Blue cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add garlic and Blue cheese until melted.
Then add half and half and parsley.
Stir over medium heat until thickens slightly.
In a large pot boil the fettucini noodles as directed on package.
Drain noodles, then pour Alfredo sauce over noodles and toss.
