Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mixed vegetables (2 cans drained or frozen)
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Melt oleo and pour over the crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
