Orange Frosted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 heaping Tbsp. orange rind
3 c. pecans

Preparation

Boil the sugar and orange juice to 240\u00b0, then add the orange rind and pecans.
Turn heat off and keep stirring until cloudy looking and all nuts are coated.
