Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium apples
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Slice apples thin.
    Place in pastry shell.
    Mix flour, sugar and cloves together.
    Add sour cream; mix thoroughly.
    Pour over apples.
    Spread sugar and cinnamon over top.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat; continue to bake about 40 minutes.
