German Style Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs potatoes, sliced (don't overcook)
    1/2 c diced onions
    1/4 c chopped parsley
    1 c chopped celery
    8 slices bacon
    1 T flour
    1 t salt
    1/8 t black pepper
    2 oz pure cider vinegar
    2 oz sugar
    6 oz water
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry, not too brown.
    Remove bacon from grease and add to bowl of first 4 ingredients.
    Pour some of the grease off (use your judgement).
