Easy Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation
    Combine ground chuck and onion in a large skillet.
    Cook until meat is brown and onion is tender.
    Pour mixture into a colander and pat dry with a paper towel.
    Wipe pan drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
    Return meat mixture to skillet and add remaining ingredients except buns.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes stirring frequently.
    To serve, spoon 1/2 cup mixture over bun half.
