St. Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 c. celery
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 pkg. dry instant chicken noodle soup mix
    1 c. rice
    4 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage meat.
    Saute pepper, onion and celery in margarine.
    Mix all ingredients together and turn into a large casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
