Pineapple Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. shortening
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Sift again.
    Cream shortening; add sugar and gradually cream together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add pineapple and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture, a small amount at a time.
    Beat after each addition until smooth.
    Drop from a teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, or until browned.
