Spinach With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. spinach, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook garlic and mushrooms in butter 2 or 3 minutes or until mushrooms are partially tender.
    Add spinach.
    Cover.
    Reduce heat when steam forms; cook 3 to 10 minutes.
    Add lemon juice. Season to taste.
    Makes 4 servings.
