Chef-Way Deep-Fry Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain pancake mix (Bisquick mix)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Chef-Way oil
Preparation
    Blend together dry ingredients in small mixing bowl.
    Make a well in center and mix in beaten egg, milk and oil.
    Blend until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Coat dry vegetables or etc. with batter and drop in hot 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oil and fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
