Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick oleo
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    You will need heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Take a medium size casserole or pan and lay a large piece of foil in bottom.
    Bring up sides to fold over top of potatoes.
    Cube potatoes and put in foil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Dot with oleo; sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Close foil over potatoes, sealing tightly. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
