Girl Scout Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. candy making chocolate (almond bark)
    6 drops peppermint oil (not extract)
    1 lb. box low salt Ritz crackers or other low salt brand
Preparation
    Melt chocolate.
    Stir in peppermint oil.
    Dip crackers in chocolate and put on cookie sheets covered with waxed paper. Refrigerate until chocolate is solid.
    Then remove to a container and store in refrigerator.
