Virginia Apple Nut Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raw apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1/2 c. diced nuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Place in greased pie pan. Dot with 2 tablespoons oleo. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
