Marinated Vegetables(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can LeSueur peas
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can French-cut green beans
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. carrots
    10 to 12 packets Equal sweetener
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Drain peas, corn, green beans and pimento. Dice celery, onion and carrots. Mix together all of the ingredients, adding Equal, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Stir well.
    Put in refrigerator. Will keep several days.
