Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 can nacho cheese soup
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender, drain and mash slightly. Mix cornbread mix as directed and stir in nacho soup and chilies. Add squash to mixture and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; top with Cheddar cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
