Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped stems
    4 oz. (1/2 pkg.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 chopped green onions
    4 water chestnuts (optional)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and simmer caps a few minutes. Brown sausage; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly.
