Hot Tamales - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground meat
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. red pepper
8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. corn meal
2 oz. chili powder
4 large onions
1/2 c. water
3 tsp. cumin
1 large can tomatoes (puree)
Preparation

In blender, combine onion, water and tomatoes.
Puree.
Then combine all other ingredients and mix.
Roll small amount lightly in corn meal and wrap lightly in paper.
Place tamales in large pot.
