Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. oil
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley
salt and pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 to 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
Preparation

Remove stems from mushrooms.
Set caps aside and chop up stems finely.
Saute stems and onions in oil.
In bowl, mix other ingredients.
Add sauteed ingredients and just enough water to moisten., Fill the mushroom caps and place in buttered pan or sprayed with Pam.
Put a small piece of butter on each mushroom and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
