Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 lb. chuck roast
1 large onion
1 tsp. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic
2 bell peppers
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Cut roast into bite size pieces and marinate in wine or salad oil for at least 1 hour.
Add all other ingredients and wrap in foil paper in baking dish and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until done.
