Spinach Lasagne(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
1/2 tsp. each: garlic and basil
3 c. (1 1/2 lb.) Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, basil and Monterey Jack cheese, mixing well.
Arrange half noodles in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Carefully spread 1/2 spinach mix over noodles.
Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over this.
(May use Parmesan also.)
Repeat layers.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Allow to stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
