Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 lb. ham or pork sausage
1 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 small onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1 small bottle diced pimentos
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook onion and green pepper until almost tender in oleo.
Set aside.
If using pork sausage, brown and drain off fat.
Using a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, spray with a cooking spray, then put bread pieces on bottom of baking pan.
Layer the meat mixture, then the cheese.
In blender or mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cheese will rise to top.
Serves 8.
