Ingredients

3 c. milk
1 c. rice
3 eggs
1/2 brown sugar
4 to 6 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook milk and rice in large saucepan over low heat for 1 hour or until thickened; stir frequently.
Remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, mix well eggs, sugars and vanilla.
Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon; chill until firm.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
