Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes (3 lb.), peeled and cut in quarters
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. butter
    chopped parsley or chopped dill (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag.
    Moisten potatoes. Put flour mixture in a bag with potatoes.
    Shake potatoes in bag to coat with the mixture.
