Sugar 'N Spice Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots (3 large)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and slightly thick.
    Add carrots and oil; blend well.
    Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
    Stir into egg mixture.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
