Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    parsley, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. oleo
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; saute onion, garlic, bell pepper and celery until soft.
    Blend in flour and add all remaining ingredients except shrimp.
    Mix well.
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
    Stir in shrimp.
    Cook about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on size.
    Do not overcook shrimp.
    Serve hot over rice.
