Peach Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small dry pudding (vanilla, not instant)
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (15 oz.) can sliced peaches, reserve juice
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. reserved juice
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
    Combine first 7 ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Pour over batter the sliced peaches.
    Combine and beat the cream cheese, sugar and reserved juices for 2 minutes.
    Spoon over peaches to within one inch of sides.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
