Fondant-Dipped Strawberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
12 large strawberries with stems intact, rinsed and dried
Preparation

In top of double boiler over hot water, combine sugar, lemon juice and corn syrup.
Cook, stirring until mixture is smooth and thin enough to coat berries.
Remove from heat; keep fondant warm over hot water.
Holding berries by the stem, dip each into fondant, covering halfway.
Place berries on wire rack to dry. Makes 12.
