Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 large potatoes
    2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken Cup-a-Soup
    2 Tbsp. chives
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Make traditional mashed potatoes (enough to fill 13 x 9-inch glass pan).
    Mix in 2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken Cup-a-Soup.
    Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons chives.
    Spread 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
