Sausage And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. smoked sausage (Bryan pork or beef), cut in bite size lengths
    1 c. water
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 onion, chopped
    5 large potatoes, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 small bell pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Spray a large casserole dish with Pam.
    Layer potatoes, onion, carrots and pepper.
    Pour tomatoes and water over ingredients in a dish.
    Place sausage on top and add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
