Le Jean'S Butter Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine or butter
    4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    Solo pie filling
Preparation
    Mix butter with flour as for pie crust.
    Dissolve yeast in sour cream and add beaten egg yolks.
    Add to flour mixture and beat with a wooden spoon until well blended.
    Chill dough several hours or overnight.
    Roll out 1/3 at a time on a board sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Cut out rounds with cookie cutter.
    Put 1 teaspoon of any desired pie filling in center of each; fold over to make little turnovers or leave flat.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly browned.
