Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    1 green pepper, deveined, sliced in rings
    1 medium onion, sliced in rings
    2 ripe tomatoes, quartered
    1/2 C. vinegar, white
    1/2 C. water
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pour over veggies, coating well. Cover and chill well.
