Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage (I use hot)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 (No. 17) cans creamed corn
    11 1/2 oz. frozen hash browns, shredded
    3 c. water
    5 c. cubed or shredded Velveeta cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain. Add the remaining ingredients and put in a crock-pot until cheese is melted.
