Gran Connie'S Fruit Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sugar (can use 1/2 white and 1/2 brown, if desired)
Preparation

Mix together.
Spray an 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam.
Cover bottom with fruit of choice (blueberries, apples, peaches, strawberries). Spread mixture on top, then cut 1 stick of butter into pats and place all over top of mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
