Cajun Turkey Vegetable Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey breast (99% lean)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. Kretschmer original wheat germ
    3 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or grease lightly.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix lightly, but thoroughly.
    Place in prepared baking dish and shape into 9 x 6-inch loaf.
    Bake 1 hour or until juices run clear.
    Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
