Chili Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. pimiento cheese
    1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. Old English cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 garlic clove, minced
    salt to taste
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soften cheese; blend mayonnaise, salt, nuts, garlic and red pepper with fork.
    Make into 2 logs about 8-inches long.
    Sprinkle chili powder and paprika on wax paper and roll log in it to cover. Wrap logs in wax paper and chill for at least 24 hours before serving.
