Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
5 oz. can or 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (3.5 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 1/2 c. quick cook oatmeal
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Boil sugar, butter and milk for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in pudding.
Add to oatmeal and coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Let cool.
