Herbed Fish And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. hot chicken bouillon
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 to 4 medium carrots, sliced
1 lb. orange roughy fillets
paprika
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine hot bouillon, uncooked rice and seasonings.
Top with sliced carrots. Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Add fish fillets and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Stir rice.
Top fish with Cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered 3 minutes.
Serves 4.
