Cat Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb fat back
    4 lbs onions
    3 c campbell tomato soup
    1/2 bottle catsup
    salt & pepper to taste
    3 1/2 lbs dressed cat fish
Preparation
    Fry fat back and remove from grease, cut up onions and saute in grease until clear, add soup and catsup, salat and pepper and simmer about 1 hour, stirring often as it sticks easily. Continue cooking till fish are fork tender.
    Serve over rice.
    Very good when camping or on a cold day.
