Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice, cooked
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    green pepper, chopped to taste
    1 (2 oz.) jar mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Brown sausage.
    Add vegetables and cook until tender.
    Mix rice, meat mixture, soup and mushrooms together and place in a casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    An optional garnish is olives, either green or black.
