Herb Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 T. chopped chives
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small clove garlic, pressed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and chill.
    Remove from refrigerator a few minutes before serving.
    Yield 3/4 c.
