Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 T. ground ginger
    1 T. minced garlic
    1 T. dry mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 lb. bacon, strips cut in thirds
Preparation
    Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, mustard and brown sugar in shallow dish to make marinade. Wrap each water chestnut with a piece of bacon and secure with toothpick. Put in marinade and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature. Drain marinade.
