Low-Fat Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    salt and pepper
    1 jar picante sauce
    flour tortillas, dipped in broth
    Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated lite Velveeta
Preparation
    Boil chicken, onion and pepper.
    Debone chicken.
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam and place a layer of tortillas to cover pan. Spread chicken and vegetables over tortillas, then layer soup, picante sauce, another layer of tortillas and top with cheese. Cook at 350\u00b0 until hot and cheese is melted.
