Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    flour (to make medium dough)
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Put mashed potatoes into a bowl.
    Add shortening, sugar, salt and scalded milk; let stand until cold.
    Add yeast, beaten eggs and flour; knead slightly until smooth.
    Place in refrigerator to rise gradually.
