Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1/2 c. diced onions
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add 3 tablespoons flour; cook until bubbly. Add 2 cups milk; mix well and stir until boils; boil for 1 minute. Add 1 can chicken broth.
    Add Velveeta; let melt.
    Add 1/2 cup cooked carrots, diced onions and chopped celery or add 2 cups of cooked vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.).
