Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and soda together; set aside.
Beat eggs, sugar and oil together.
Add flour mixture, cinnamon and vanilla; mix well.
Add apples and pecans.
Mix well.
Pour into greased tube pan, Bundt pan or 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
