Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (sage)
    6 slices white bread, crusts removed
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    5 or 6 eggs
    2 c. milk or half and half cream
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook crumbled sausage until done.
    Spread each slice of bread with oleo and cut into cubes.
    Place cubes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with cooked sausage.
    Top with cheese.
    Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard; beat and mix thoroughly.
    Pour over top of cheese.
    Refrigerate until ready to use, set pan out and bring to room temperature.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
