Coconut Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. chopped fruit cake mix
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add fruit cake mix, coconut, raisins and nuts; mix well.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and extract; mix well. Stir in the flour mixture alternately with orange juice.
Pack into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
