Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can salmon
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place salmon in greased casserole dish. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.
Melt butter in pan.
Stir in flour and salt.
Gradually add milk until blended.
Combine crumbs and melted butter.
Mix.
Sprinkle evenly over salmon mixture.
Cover.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Will fall slightly when uncovered.
