Chief'S Border Burrito - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (doz.) large flour tortillas
2 tomatoes, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 can black olives
2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 large can enchilada sauce
1 large top sirloin steak
1 large container sour cream
Preparation

Cook steak medium-rare; let cool and cut into small pieces. Put approximately 3 tablespoons of meat into flour tortilla.
Add 1 tablespoon onion and 1 tablespoon olives.
Pour small amount of sauce onto mixture and sprinkle cheese into mixture.
Roll tortilla.
Pour sauce on top.
Add olives, onion and cheese.
Put into microwave for 1 minute.
Put sour cream and tomatoes on top. Serve hot.
